I don’t know if this is original to Silvia. I first heard her say it at the 2012 IPv6 Summit in Melbourne Australia on 17 October, but the phrase occurs in other, earlier presentations of hers. It struck me as a great answer to all those people who ask “what’s the business case for IPv6?”
